Product Overview
EIFS and ETICS systems bond insulation board to the building substrate, reinforce it with a base coat mortar and embedded mesh, then finish with a textured render. This additive range is developed for the adhesive and base coat mortars that hold the whole system together.
Freeze-thaw resistance and flexibility are important for exterior exposure, and redispersible powder contributes crack-bridging ability and adhesion, while HEMC provides the water retention needed for proper cement hydration in the thin layers typically used in these systems.

Application
Used in EIFS and ETICS adhesive mortar for bonding insulation board, in base or reinforcing coat mortar embedding the mesh layer, and in the textured finish render applied over the system.
- Insulation board bonding (adhesive) mortar
- Base coat / reinforcing (armor) coat mortar with embedded mesh
- Textured and decorative finish render over the insulation system
- Compatible with both EPS and mineral wool insulation board systems
Mixing should follow the mortar manufacturer's water ratio and mixing time guidance closely, since both under-mixing and over-thinning can reduce bond strength and workability.
